Orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.(business days only excluding weekends & holidays).
SHIPPING NOTICE: All major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, are experiencing significant shipping delays. USPS has reported unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which is causing them shipping delays/errors, and tracking inaccuracies. Please continue to purchase as far in advance of needing product as possible. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to getting your orders shipped in a fashionable time from order date.
We ship your package to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to customer error. If this is your case, please reach back out to us for assistance however you as the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees. If such orders are cancelled due to customer error, we will apply a restocking fee & the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Once a package leaves our facility and is handed off to the USPS we no longer service the package. With a very large volume of packages leaving our shop, we no longer handle USPS claims unless insurance has been purchased. INSURANCE NOTICE: If you do purchase insurance by contacting us before ordering, it covers replacement of your package if it becomes lost in the mail system. It does not include refunds. We will only replace packages in these situations. We also reserve the right to wait the noted amount of time noted above for your package to arrive to you.If you require help with your package please call the USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS and supply your tracking number. Your package has left our possession and we no longer have access/control over it and cannot assist you with any questions.
